Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoices intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a return or exchange request by contacting our customer support team.

  2. Once the request is approved, the product must be shipped back as per the instructions provided.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process:

    • Exchanges within a few working days, or

    • Refunds to the original payment method as per bank timelines.

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated after successful quality inspection.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
